Learn to Cheer

A great introduction to cheerleading. Athletes learn the basics of cheerleading including: tumbling, dance, jumps, and basic stunts. The focus of this program is fitness, friendship and fun! Ages 4-6 years.

Youth All Star Prep

The All Star Prep (ASP) team is a bridge between recreational cheerleading and an introduction to competitive cheerleading. The focus is on development of the fundamentals of cheerleading (stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance motions) as well as encouraging teamwork and fun. This team will perform at local events and will compete and be judged at regional competitions in Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba. Ages 6-14 years.

Junior Competitive Teams

There are two junior teams: Destiny (Level 1) and Fusion (Level 2). Prerequisite skills required. Ages 14 years and under.

Destiny: This competitive team is for athletes with some experience in recreational cheerleading, gymnastics, skating or dance. The focus is on core strength, body awareness, fundamental cheerleading skills and working in a team environment.

Fusion: This team will compete at regional, provincial and national level cheerleading competitions. Athletes will develop good cheer technique while learning how to work with others successfully in a team environment.

Senior Competitive Team

The senior competitive team is geared towards elite level athletes with significant experience in competitive cheerleading. Athletes need to demonstrate high level skills in stunting and tumbling and a strong commitment to cheerleading. Prerequisite skills required; year-round program. Ages 18 years and under.

Beaver Brae Broncos Cheer Academy

Bronco Cheerleading has qualified for the World High School Cheerleading Championships in Florida, February 2017. Athletes will condition and train for this event in a daily cheer class. The Cheer Academy class is also avail- able to any student who wishes to work on cheerleading skills, while developing strength, flexibility and conditioning by training alongside these athletes.
