Customer Service


The Customer Service department is the primary call centre for the City. It includes the following services:

  • Reception and call distribution
  • Utility customer service for Hydro, Sewer and Water accounts
  • General inquiries
  • Licensing – including lotteries, business, signs, and marriage
  • By-Law Enforcement service requests
  • Dog tags and registration
  • Death registration
  • POA (traffic) fines
  • Parking tickets
  • Payment processing for all utilities including , Kenora Hydro, Water & Sewer, City of Kenora taxes, and miscellaneous services
  • Purchase various City of Kenora merchandise including bag tags, bus passes, water outlet cards, blue boxes, and miscellaneous City merchandise
  • Central records

Our call centre is very busy, so we will try to answer all the questions that you may have as quickly as possible. If you have specific questions regarding one of your City of Kenora accounts, please check our eServices that are available. You may find the answer to your question on-line!

Our site is organized to provide you with as many on-line features and benefits as possible. You can view and pay your bill on-line and you may also choose to receive your bills by e-mail rather than a paper copy each month. Prior to your first visit you will need to contact our office to access your password and account number.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff in the Customer Service department are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist customers.
